There's a lot I need to add.

Off the top of my mind, I can think of Alphaville, A Boy and His Dog and Brazil.

There's also a bunch of movies that are borderline dystopian that I haven't decided on yet. Right now I'm leaning toward including some movies even if they don't meet the strict definition of dystopian, so that there's a place where a movie's inclusion can be debated.
